从拿起笔画画到现在已有四十余载，直到现在，对于绘画和我之间的关系，也没有一个明确的定义。还很年轻的时候，艺术家就已经是我那时一心向往的梦想了，我也带着颜料画笔走遍各个地方，想想那时倒也有模有样的。

It has been more than 40 years since I picked up the brush to paint. Until now, there is no clear definition of the relationship between painting and me. When I was very young, being an artist was already my dream, and I carried paint brushes everywhere I went.

转眼间，手中的笔已经换掉成千上万支了，我也小老了那么些，但对绘画的执念可真是一分未退。它现在对我而言已不是一个执着二字可以笼统概括的，但执着的背后是什么呢?是爱，对家人、朋友，对自己，对生活，还有对绘画。唯有心中有爱，才有面对世界的力量。这种力量供给于我对绘画不断的感受和理解。

In the blink of an eye, I have used thousands of paint brushes. I’m getting older, but my obsession with painting is not less. It is not a word that can be generalized for me now, but what is behind the persistence? It is love, for family, friends, for myself, for life, and for painting. Only with love in your heart can you have the strength to face the world. This power feeds my constant feeling and understanding of painting.

这个系列的名字是《未来无题》。未来可期，未来不可期，不可作题，故未来无题。真正未来是看不到边界的，就像水墨一样，唯有定格的一瞬间才是真实的，沐浴在阳光下，生活在当下。

The title of the series is "Future Untitled." The future can be, the future can not be, can not be a topic, the future is untitled. The real future can not see the boundary, just like ink painting, only the moment is real, bathed in the sun, living in the present.

未来可期系列并不是传统意义上的水墨画，而是借用和提炼其中的精髓，去通过其他材料表达出不一样的东西来。虚实相生，刻意和自然的辩证关系去写神。

The Future series is not ink painting in the traditional sense, but borrowing and refining the essence of it to express different things through other materials. Virtual and real life, deliberately and nature dialectical relationship, to paint charm.

这个世界中我们能摸到的材料有多少，绘画的材料就有多少。每一种材料都有自己的个性，等待着我们去挖掘和探索，尝试用不同的手法去表现他们独有的“神”。

五十多年间，我从农村搬进城市，后又从城市搬回农村，又搬进城市，又回农村，来来回回已是很多次了。其实还是总念住在农村的生活，总觉得在乡下才是我最舒适的生活状态。我喜欢自然，喜欢自然中的一切，看看书、画画画、养养花、种种地，这里才有活着的感觉。

For more than 50 years, I have moved from the countryside to the city, and then from the city to the countryside, and then to the city, and back to the countryside, and back and forth many times. In fact, I always want to live in the countryside, and I always feel that my most comfortable life is in the countryside. I like nature, like everything in nature, reading, painting, raising flowers, all kinds of places, here there is a feeling of being alive.

近些年的创作中，作品随着我的生活也更有趣了，流淌出来的也是那些无边无界的自由感。有时把画搬到院子里，排成一排，它们也随我晒晒太阳，我也看看它们。

In recent years, my works have become more interesting with my life, and what flows out is the boundless sense of freedom. Sometimes the paintings are carried out in the yard, lined up in a row, and they are bathed in the sun with me, and I look at them.
