2025年9月28日,是孔子诞辰2576年。

5年前的9月28日,中国公民李儒奇致信联合国,申请将每年的9月28日定为‘世界互亲日’,用以推动地球成为命运与共、美美与共、人人互亲的互亲星球。

互亲,让世界更美好!

5年过去了,为纪念这一对于地球人类至关重要的关键性倡议,全球最大的星星命名机构之一Star Registration经慎重审核,正式批准将银河系核心区域人马座A星系西星群最亮的恒星命名为“互亲之光”(Affinity starlight)。

Star Registration总部位于湖光山色、四季宜人的瑞士日内瓦,这里曾是国际联盟(联合国前身)总部。Star Registration作为全球最大的星星命名机构之一,虽非国际天文学联合会(IAU)官方机构,但在国际上拥有广泛认可度和知名度,被全球天文爱好者所熟知。

如今世界,大国对峙、战争纷起、经济危机、就业压力、自然灾害、环境恶化……整个地球正陷入前所未有的窘境与危险,甚至关系到地球本身生命的安危。针对目前不断紧张的国际政治军事局势和持续恶化的自然环境危机,以及日益严峻的“机器人代替人类现有工作”所带来的全球失业率攀升,Star Registration审核批准将宇宙银河系能量中心的超亮恒星命名为“互亲之光”,对于地球人类而言具有非常重要的现实与长远意义。

李儒奇,中国国学与未来学研究者、中华互亲文化倡导人、意识经济时代先觉者、意识密码发明人,曾创作《修正力》《仲尼童话镇之海叔的礼物》《孔子Q传》《草根论语》《谁说我知乎之乎者也》等多部著作及网络作品,受到中央电视台《新闻联播》《第一时间》《中国新闻》报道,央视点赞“孔子哈哈笑、仁爱心中留”。多年以来,李儒奇以“一家仁则一国兴仁、一家互亲则天下互亲”为理念,以“推动中国的每一个家庭都成为互亲之家、推动中国的每一个孩子都成为乐学少年、推动每一个中国人都拥有一颗真正勇敢的心”为宗旨,以“重塑中华家庭教育的世界话语权”为己任,发起“一群人温暖一座城”互亲火炬手系列公益活动,大力推动“家庭互亲日”公益活动及“互亲之家”的建立与普及。

五年前,李儒奇倡议将每年的9月28日(孔子诞辰)定为‘世界互亲日’,用以推动地球成为命运与共、美美与共、人人互亲的互亲星球。李儒奇倡导在‘世界互亲日’这一天,世界的任何一个角落都不再听到战争枪炮之声;在这一天,任何一个国家都不再派遣战机或军舰到他国领空领海附近骚扰侦察;在这一天,任何一个国家都不再举行任何一种形式以他国为目标的军事演习;在这一天,任何一个国家和民族都暂时停止对其他国家和民族的指责与攻击;在这一天,地球上的野生动物将不被杀戮、森林的树木也不被砍伐;在这一天,地球上的任何一个区域都没有抢劫、没有偷盗、没有强奸、不销售毒品;在这一天,假冒伪劣产品及转基因食品将停止销售;在这一天,地球上的每一个家庭都停止争吵和暴力,这是一个不办理离婚的一天;在这一天,没有学生被打、没有孩子自杀、没有教师受辱;在这一天,我们的父母不但真诚地亲子、我们的孩子更真诚地亲父亲母、亲老师、亲同学、亲社会、亲自然、亲学习、亲生活、亲困难、亲挫折;在这一天,世界上的每一个角落都充满了互亲互爱的幸福、和谐与欢笑……

在李儒奇看来,世界互亲日可能最初只是一年三百六十五天中的一天而已,但人类世界只要真的在一年中拥有过这样美好的一天,那么就可能变成每月一天、每周一天,地球就可能最终变成日日互亲、时时互亲的人间天堂!

宇宙由物质、信息、能量三部分组成,这三者在最小单位可以进行相互转化。这一法则,被称为“宇宙三一法则”,也称之为“比特粒子波效应”,比特代表信息、粒子代表物质、波代表能量。科学日益表明:宇宙本身就是一个超级意识生命体,而光就是它的神经元。

银河系能量中心“互亲之光”超亮恒星的命名,是地球与银河系能量中心的一种深层信息链接。世界互亲,虽然只是一个普通地球人的建议,但它显然切中了地球人类当今的存亡关键。如果从银河系能量中心超亮恒星“互亲之光”发出的意识能量波,可以到达地球,并与人类意识紧密联通。世界,必将因互亲而美好!

您好!

非常荣幸您能在百忙之中阅读此信。我是一名中华国学与未来学研究者,一位普通的中国人。我首先要代表我的家人与朋友,以及所有中国人向您——全世界最辛劳与不易的杰出奉献者,表示由衷的致敬与慰问!在2020人类的特殊时刻,您的身上更肩负着比以往历届联合国秘书长更为艰巨的重任。

It is a great honor for me to have you read this letter in your busy schedule. I am a Chinese researcher of traditional Chinese culture and futurology. First of all, representing my family and friends I would like to express my heartfelt respect to you for your work and contributions. At the special moment of mankind in 2020, you are shouldering more arduous tasks than previous UN secretaries general.

不久前,您在接受采访谈到中美关系时说:“非常重要的是避免分裂,避免世界一分为二。”此前,您更曾不断呼吁人类要“团结一致、彼此信任”“各国人民协力应对全球性挑战”“重新建立人与自然的关系”、“世界共同应对气候变化”、“减轻对发展中国家债务负担”等等。您的这些主张,都深得全球人民的拥护,并特别深得全体中国人民的认可与信赖。

Not long ago, you stressed in an interview that it’s important for the United States and China to avoid divides and warned that escalating tensions between the two powers may risk dividing the world into “two blocs”; before that, you have repeatedly called on mankind to unite and trust each other that people of all countries should work together to meet global challenges, re-establish the relationship between man and nature, jointly address climate change, reduce the debt burden on developing countries, and so on. Your ideas are championed by the people all over the world, and especially recognized by our Chinese people.

2020年9月28日,正值孔子诞辰2571年。面对全球疫情波动、经济艰难复苏、冷战风云弥漫、战争危机四伏、气候持续恶化,我想向您提出一个对于全人类来说都非常重要的倡议,那就是请求联合国能够将每年的9月28日这一天定为“世界互亲日”!

The day September 28, 2020, coincided with the 2571th birthday of Confucius, a great thinker and educator in human history, will mark the 5th anniversary of President Xi Jinping’s systematic exposition of the community with a shared future for mankind, which he addressed in the UN General Assembly five years ago. In the face of global pandemic, stagnant economic recovery, pervading cold-war mentality, and climate deterioration, I would like to put forward an initiative to request the United Nations to designate the day of September 28 every year as “World Mutual Affinity Day”, which I think is important for all human beings.

今天,全人类必须共同懂得:人类之所以能够成为今日地球之主宰,其最伟大的智慧不在于武力和竞争、而在于互亲共赢的合作!为此,我建议能够在联合国主导推动之下,呼吁世界各国及人民每年9月28日响应“世界互亲日”的号召:

Today, we human beings must understand: the reason why the mankind can become the masters of the earth today lies not in force and competition, but in the win-win cooperation! To this end, I suggest that under the guidance of the United Nations, all countries and people around the world respond to the call of “World Mutual Affinity Day” on September 28 every year

在这一天,世界的任何一个角落都不会再听到战争枪炮之声;任何一个国家都不再派遣战机或军舰到他国领空领海附近骚扰侦察;任何一个国家都不再举行以他国为目标的军事演习;任何一个国家和民族都停止对其他国家和民族的指责与攻击……

On this day, the sound of guns will no longer be heard in any corner of the world; no country will send fighters or warships to harass and reconnoiter near the territorial air or waters of other countries; no country will hold military exercises targeting other countries; any country and nation will stop criticizing and attacking other countries and nations…

在这一天,地球上的野生动物将不被杀戮、森林的树木也不被砍伐;地球上的任何一个区域都没有抢劫、没有偷盗、没有强奸、不销售毒品;假冒伪劣产品及转基因食品将停止销售……

On this day, the wild animals on the earth will not be killed, the trees in the forest will not be cut down; there will be no robbery, no theft, no rape, no drug sales in any area on the globe; the sale of fake and inferior products and genetically modified food will be stopped…

在这一天,地球上的每一个家庭都停止争吵和暴力,这是一个不办理离婚的一天;没有学生被打、没有孩子自杀、没有教师受辱;我们的父母不但真诚地亲子、我们的孩子更真诚地亲父亲母、亲老师、亲同学、亲社会、亲自然、亲困难、亲挫折……

On this day, every family stops quarreling and violence and there is no divorce; no students are beaten, no children commit suicide, no teachers are humiliated; our affinity with parents, children, teachers, classmates, the society, the Nature, difficulties and setbacks…is celebrated on this day.

我相信在您的亲自推动下,世界互亲日这一天,世界上的每一个角落都充满着互亲互爱的幸福、和谐与欢笑。世界互亲日可能最初只是一年三百六十五天中的一天而已,但我坚信,人类世界只要真的在一年中拥有过这样美好的一天,那么就可能变成每月一天、每星期一天,地球就可能最终变成日日互亲、时时互亲的人间天堂!届时,您所曾焦虑的事情很多都会迎刃而解。

I believe that with your personal promotion, every corner of the world will be filled with happiness, harmony and laughter of mutual love. World Mutual Affinity Day at first may be just one common day of the 365 days, but I firmly believe that as long as the human has such a beautiful day in a year, it may become a day every month and every week, and the earth may eventually become a heaven where we can keep affinity with each other every day and all the time! By then, many of the things you have been worried about will be solved.

“仁者爱人”、“人人互亲是为仁”的中华仁文化,是孔子所倡导的儒家思想之根,更是数千年源远流长的中华文化之根。中国的《大学》中讲:“一家仁则一国兴仁,一家让则一国兴让。”在这一中华儒家思想引领下,中国的唐朝高度重视家庭教育与儒学普及,并曾一度实现“海内升平、路不拾遗、外户不闭,商旅野宿。”的人间奇迹,成为世界向往的文明强国。

The culture of benevolence, represented by the idea of mutual love and affinity, sustains the Confucianism as well as the Chinese civilization. “From the loving example of one family a whole state becomes loving, and from its courtesies the whole state becomes courteous”, says The Great Learning, a Chinese classic. With this spirit, by attaching great importance to family education and the popularization of Confucianism, the Tang Dynasty once worked out a miracle of peace and prosperity, making it an appealing representative of the Chinese history and culture.

如果人类可以从世界互亲日开始、从每一个人的新世界互亲修养开始,从每一个互亲型家庭的建立开始,从每一个互亲型企业的推动开始……及至互亲型社区、互亲型社会、互亲型国家,最终直至超我意识共振的互亲星球的最终实现!而这必将是一场全球人民共同踊跃参与的别样精彩绝伦的“全球文艺复兴”!

So if human beings can, starting from the World Mutual Affinity Day, cultivate fraternity with each other from every aspect across families, enterprises, communities, societies, and even countries, then a world of rapport will finally emerge! It is bound to be a wonderful “global renaissance” with the active participation of the global people!

2020世界重启,意识经济时代悄然来临,人类正面临着三千年一遇之世界大变局。在我所撰写的《新世界修养》一书中详细阐述了中国文化所引领的崭新意识经济时代的各种可能场景,同时我把这一“ 新世界互亲修养 ” 定义为 “ 人类转折时刻的关键力量”。

The world will restart in 2020, and the era of ideology economy will come quietly. Human beings are facing the once-in-a-thousand-year world change. In my book New World Cultivation, I elaborated on various possible scenarios in the era of ideology economy led by Chinese culture and defined it as “the key force of transition for human beings.”

希望有一天,不同国家、不同肤色、不同种族、不同民族、不同信仰、不同政党的人们可以心手相连,一同把我们共同生活的地球更名为“互亲星球”,并以日益壮大发展的联合国为中心,携手建立起统一美好的“互亲星球联邦共和国”。虽然这一天的真正到来,一定还需要相当长的时间、甚至曲折。但我相信这一天终将到来!而我诚挚祝愿和期待,这一切美好希望的开始,能是由您亲手为人类点亮并开启的,是从你所推动的“世界互亲日”开始的!相信,您必将成为联合国历史上最具里程碑意义的领导人!

I wish that one day, people from different countries, colors, races, nationalities, beliefs and political parties can join hands to change the earth where we live together into an affinity planet, and establish a unified and beautiful “Affinity Planet Federal Republic” with the growing and developing United Nations as the center. Although the real arrival of this day must take quite a long time, even twists and turns, I believe it will come one day! And I wish and expect that this aspiration can be lit up and opened by you for mankind, starting from the “World Mutual Affinity Day” promoted by you! I believe that you will become the most ground-breaking leader in the history of the United Nations!

之所以能够给您冒昧的写这封信,是由于在中国文化中有一句话叫做“天下兴亡、匹夫有责”。人类正处在一个重要的十字路口,或升华、或灭亡。这世界上的任何一个人,都有责任有所作为。

In China a saying reads “every man is responsible for the rise and fall of the world”. So I take the liberty of writing to you to assume my responsibility of making a difference when the mankind is at a crossroads to either sublimation or extinction.
